Chat with your Douchat agents in Feishu
Give any contact a Feishu bot and message it from Feishu on your phone or computer. The chat shares one conversation and context with the Douchat desktop app.
Two ways to connect
Scan a QR code with your Feishu account, or use your own Feishu custom app with an App ID and App Secret over a long connection. The international Lark version is not supported for QR sign-in.
What you can send
Private messages with text, images and files go to your agent, and generated images come back. Replies are formatted as Feishu rich text, and a Typing reaction shows while the agent works.

- Douchat must be running and signed in on your computer
Connect Feishu

Open Message channels
Open a contact's profile, choose … → Configure message channels, and pick Feishu.

Scan or enter your app
Scan the QR code, or enter the App ID and App Secret of a custom app that uses the long connection and subscribes to im.message.receive_v1.

Pair
Send the pairing command to the bot in a private chat to start.
Frequently asked questions
Which permissions does a custom Feishu app need?
Receiving private messages, sending messages as the bot, and writing message reactions for the typing indicator. Publish the app version after changing permissions.
Can my agent read Feishu Mail too?
Yes, through the email connector, which has a Feishu Mail preset. That is set up separately in Connectors.
