GitHub + Douchat: repository context for your agents

Connect GitHub and your Douchat cloud agents can look up repositories, issues and pull requests while you chat.

Context without copy and paste

Ask an agent to summarize an issue or check a pull request. It uses your connected GitHub account and reports back in the chat.

Local coding agents already have Git

Local CLIs such as Claude Code and Codex work in folders on your computer with their own tools. The GitHub connector is for cloud agents that do not run on your machine.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agent push code or comment on GitHub?

Connectors are read-only unless write tools are enabled for the service, and every write then asks for your approval.
